Are you a dancer struggling with foot fatigue, balance issues, or weak core control? This intensive training program is designed to strengthen your center, align breath with movement, and rehabilitate the muscles of your feet—helping you move with greater ease, power, and confidence.

Through a combination of Pilates, breathwork, and targeted foot training, you’ll reconnect with your body and optimize your dance technique—while reducing strain and risk of injury.
Format: 16 classes (30 minutes each) – 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks. Participants will also need to practice daily for 10 minutes using my guided video to reinforce progress.
